Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist,
Oxford Musculoskeletal Radiology

Dr. McNally is a whole-time Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist and Director of Oxford Musculoskeletal Radiology. He qualified from University College Dublin in 1983 and trained in musculoskeletal radiology at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore UK. He worked at the Nuffield Orthopedic Centre Oxford for 20 years, including 9 years as its Lead Clinician. He specializes in all aspects of Musculoskeletal and Sports Imaging including spinal and rheumatological imaging and ultrasound guided intervention. He was on the organizing committee for imaging at the London 2012 Olympic Games and provided imaging services for the 2012 summer and to athletes at the 2014 winter games. He has authored over 100 papers and abstracts and over 30 book chapters including a book on musculoskeletal ultrasound that has been translated into seven languages and is now in its second edition. He has given over 500 lectures and workshops nationally and internationally. He is a member of the International Skeletal Society, European Society of Skeletal Radiology, the British Society of Skeletal Radiology and the North American Society of Skeletal Radiology. He is a past President of the British Society of Skeletal Radiology
