Instructions for Oral and Poster Presentation

Oral Presentation

Speaker Ready Room will be available on site.
Authors should bring their power point presentations to the Speaker Ready Room at least an hour before the beginning of the session

Oral abstract presentation sessions will be held on February 23, 2016 between 4:00-5:50 pm.

Time reserved for each presentation is normally 10 minutes for most tracks but may be 12 minutes for some. Please check the scientific program for the exact time allotted for your presentation.

Poster Presentation

Locations of the poster presentation rooms will be announced.
Each poster is assigned a number
The presenter should put his poster on the board assigned with the same number.
The poster size should not be larger than 75 cm (width) by 100 cm (height)
Proper mounting items (pins) will be provided at the site.
Posters will be presented in the Poster Hall at the Riyadh Intercontinental Hotel
The posters can be put up on Monday 22 February 2016 and can remain on display until noon on Wednesday, 24 February 2016
